Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has reacted
to reports of an assassination attempt on former US President and Republican
Party candidate in the upcoming presidential election, Donald Trump.
DAILY POST reports that two people have died after gunshots
were fired at a Donald Trump rally in Pennsylvania – with the injured former
president rushed off stage by armed security, according to the Associated
Press.
Reacting via his X handle on Sunday morning, Fani-Kayode
stated that it was Trump’s destiny to be the next President of the US and the
world leader, stressing that he can’t be killed.
He claimed that Trump was “robbed and denied” the presidency
in 2020 but won’t suffer a similar fate again.
Fani-Kayode wrote, “You cannot kill him! His time has come!
You robbed him in 2020 and denied him the Presidency! You will not kill him or
deny him his God-given destiny again!
“@realDonaldTrump is the next President of the USA and the
next leader of the free world! Glory Hallelujah! #MAGA2024.”
On November 5th, Donald Trump would run against incumbent
Joe Biden of the Democratic Party on the platform of the Republican Party in
what would be America’s first rematch election in almost 70 years.
